Sandy Royce Martin

Martin is currently Chair of Arkansans for the Arts, a statewide arts advocacy group;
President of the Northwest Arkansas Film & Entertainment Commission, Chair of the Eureka Springs
Arts Council and Director of the Mayor’s Task Force on Economic Development.
Her early career was in broadcasting, advertising/public relations, film and digital production. Her later career, as President &CEO of ProcommEureka, has been focused on the creative economy, business development and community collaboration. She is certified in community and economic development.
